A few final bits and pieces...

If you have not already, PLEASE edit your sign up post to let us know when and how you are arriving. I think I have PM'd everyone who hasn't yet but please double check and let me know if anything changes. This applies especially to anyone arriving by train or bus as if we don't know when you're coming, we can't be there to pick you up.

In terms of the final cost (this is the cost that you pay in addition to the deposit. The deposit is for the hire of the building. This additional cost covers insurance/food/materials), it looks like it will be about £18 for weekend girls and £5 for day girls. As ever, we have tried to keep these costs as low as possible.

If you have any last minute questions, I'll be checking the board or you can call/text me on the number in the gathering forum.

I'm just going to put this question here, as it's related to arrival times etc. If I arrive at 22.39 (which I will do, unless the train is delayed), will I be too late to be picked up? I don't mind getting a taxi, but obviously would like to know beforehand, so that i can book one. I appreciate that it's very late, and most people will probably not want to do a station run at that time, but just thought I'd ask.

Thanks. :D

As one of the non-drivers, I don't really feel that I can volunteer on anyone's behalf but I would hope that someone would be willing to come and pick you up...

Just to say I now have to be back in Aylesbury for shortly after 10am on Sunday so will be leaving by 9.30am so don't need lunch, sorry if that's a pain!

Just wanted to say I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend. I'm feeling really regretful now that I'm not able to go, maybe I'll be able to make it to the Twentytenary. :D

Just to say that unfortunately my plans have changed. I've got the tail end of a cold which is making my asthma bad so sleeping on a mattress is not going to be a good idea. Plus I don't want to keep everyone awake with my coughing.

Dominic seems determined to win the 'SLOC of the year award' (or maybe he just wants to get rid of some books!) and has offered to drive me to MK for part of the day. Current plan is to get there for 11ish and leave by 4.

Still part of a Gather is better than none at all.

I also hope hoe you all have a wonderful time. I can't come because I've got a wedding to go to, and now I also need to squeeze in two voice workshops which someone else helpfully scheduled for the same weekend. I am really disappointed to be missing the Tentenary, though!
