I've just visited and it worked fine for me. I am logged into Google if that makes a difference.

I tried this again tonight and the links still don't work, but I discoverd that when the page not found comes up, if I replace file:///C:/Users/User Name/AppData/Local/Temp with https://sites.google.com/site/cscharacterguide/ in the address, leaving the end extenstion the same it works.

eg
https://sites.google.com/site/cscharact ... ology.html
https://sites.google.com/site/cscharacterguide/map.html

I don't know if it'll work for anyone else though.
