Am I correct in thinking the events in the books happen date wise before they are published?
If so, which books are closest to HM Queen being married and Coronation?
Thank you for advice or thoughts.

I once set a drabble about the Queen's wedding during Three Go :D, but dates aren't given and ages are inconsistent, so you could probably choose whenever suited you if it was for a drabble. If we go by the triplets' ages, then they'd need to have just turned 8 at the time of the Royal Wedding, and the Coronation would be in the June before their 14th birthday. They turn 13 in New Mistress, so the Coronation would take place during Coming of Age. I can't remember if they're 7 or 8 in Three Go, but I decided that that term ought to be the autumn of 1947 because I wanted to tie the Royal Wedding in with Gillian Linton's engagement  . I think they're 7 when they meet Mary-Lou and then turn 8 in the November, which would make it 1947 by their age, but I might be a year out.
