If anyone has a list of the staff around about 1944/1945, or knows most of the people on the staff, please could they post it? It would be most useful for my drabble! Thanks! Very Happy

When I was reading Highland Twins, i am sure that Grizel wasn't mentioned as the Music mistress but a Miss Ames(?). What happen to Grizel?

Sounds like an EBDism - Grizel's definitely still at the school in Gay from China (she threatens to quit over Miss Bubb's interference) and she's teaching Lavender music in Lavender Laughs (I've just checked the transcript!).

Though quite WHY EBD would omit Grizel, even in error, is a little beyond my comprehension!

The A-Z says that Grizel wasn't in Highland Twins. But she had to still be at the school, as she didn't go to NZ until after the war!
