#1: Staff at the St. Agnes' Branch Author: Rob, Location: Currently in a rainstormPosted: Wed Jun 14, 2006 10:26 am I'm trying my best to send this bunny on its way, but it is being most persistant.
*attempts to shoo bunny again*
Other than Dollie Edwards and Matron Gould, do any of the rest of the staff stay on in England when the school moves to the Oberland? My mind is rather blank! For some reason I'm thinking that perhaps Ivy Norman did (probably because I don't remember her leaving and she doesn't appear in Switzerland) but ... anyone?
Thanks guys!

#3: Author: Alison H, Location: ManchesterPosted: Wed Jun 14, 2006 11:37 am Yes - she didn't apply for the job that Kathie got in Switzerland because she wanted to be near her mother, who was ill.

#5: Author: Katherine, Location: London, UKPosted: Wed Jun 14, 2006 11:46 am "Kathie Robertson categorically states that she doesn't have the patience for teaching - presumably she has acquired some before she becomes head of St. Nicholas in Switzerland."

#8: Author: jennifer, Location: TaiwanPosted: Wed Jun 14, 2006 4:03 pm Miss Edwards (head, math), Miss Alton (Kindergarten), Miss Norman (English), Miss Everett (gardening), Miss Stevens (geography), Miss Oldroyd (English) and Miss Bell (history and handcrafts) all stay behind.
#9: Author: JayB, Location: SE EnglandPosted: Wed Jun 14, 2006 4:09 pm In Coming of Age there's mention of a Miss Holroyd who is a sergeant major type. I would have thought this was meant to be Miss Oldroyd, except from the context it seems she was new since the school divided.

#10: Author: KB, Location: Melbourne, AustraliaPosted: Thu Jun 15, 2006 4:15 am Yes, I've always thought Miss Holroyd was Miss Oldroyd and that EBD was confusing the former name with an idea she was having for Feud.
