I know that it was highlighted previously by several people, but as one who has just read the whole thing through again, this made me almost fall off my chair...

Oh Thank you thank you for this it is hilarious.

However I have nearly given myself away to the office, that'll teach me to multi-task by taking corrections to a piece of work over the phone while browsing the board at the same time! i laughed so much at the NHS Direct "not feeling myself' bit the person I was talking to (luckily a friend) throught I was crackers and when I put the phone down my colleagues wanted to know what I was creasing myself over...had to tell them it was a website with things on that had been sent to NHS direct, like those ones of sillies sent to insurance companies...now they all want to know the web address

please please keep posting this, I can't wait to find out if Jem will be up to the mark
