During Friday evening at the gather, people were divided into small groups and asked to write a drabble including 4 phrases, which had to be in the order given. apologies if I haven't interpreted the writing correctly! Miss Annersley sneezed, the glasses she wore in private jumping on the end of her nose. Turning from the window she straightened her clothing from the sober grey workmanlike twinset down to the french knickers and stockings and lime green suspender belt. Slowly she went from her office down the corridor to what has always been knows as Tom's store cupboard. Pushing open the door she heard the faint moaning sound of her uncomfortable prisoner. Lighting the small spot lamp she trained it on the figure tied to the short legged school room chair. "Well, Lesley Green", she said sternly, "are you ready to promise?" Lesley shook her head, unable to speak through the tape over her mouth. "So be it." Hilda shook her head sadly. "I shall send Matey int to you shortly to see if she can change your mind" And with that she left the room and her prisoner to return to her more usual duties. |
