*sighs* I can't believe I'm actually posting this... Please bear in mind that this was written after consuming copious amounts of alcohol and it is not intended to be any good, or make sense. It's all Peapo's fault (and Catherine's and Ann's... Wink) For proof see Catherine's sig and Ann's "Never one to shun a challenge" thread in COT. Laughing

Christopher Robin was very busy. He had been to Italy and back that morning, had spent some time in Russia and in the afternoon he was going to go to Switzerland. He was very excited at the moment though, because Mummy had called him that morning and said that he was going to make some new friends. They were girls, all three of them, and sisters. Christopher Robin wasn’t quite sure how they could all be the same age, because Owl said that sisters and brothers couldn’t be exactly the same age, but he hadn’t said why. And when he’d asked Mummy she’d said “I’ll explain it to you when you’re older,” like she always did, and Kanga had said the same thing, so Christopher Robin had gone to Russia in a bit of a bad mood. It didn’t matter now though, because he was going to make some new friends, and their friends would be friends with Pooh Bear, and Piglet, and Kanga, and they would all have lots of fun exploring together.

* * *

The next day Pooh Bear woke up with the feeling that it was going to be a Very Interesting Day. He didn’t know why it was the next day – he was sure that it was either Wednesday, or Tuesday, or maybe even Friday, but he was sure that there had been a day yesterday, and a very good one as well, so it was the day after that.

Pooh was so excited by this Good Feeling that he decided he had to go and share it with Piglet. He had Good Feelings quite often, of course, but it seemed to him that this was a Special Good Feeling. And so Pooh walked over to Piglet’s house, occasionally stopping to do an Excited Happy Dance in the snow, to share his Special Good Feeling.

Pooh, piglet, eeyore, tigger, kanga and I are greatly enjoying this. Aand yes, I do have all of those guys - they are beanie baby size(ish) and live in a WTP wheel barrow, it is purple and has Pooh and piglet on it (the wheel barrow held flowers my mum gave me for my 21st birthday)

*giggles* Please do Kat! Very Happy Am very sorry everyone but have decided to shelve this one for a week or so in order to get a few more parts written (and also cause Catherine came up with the original idea and so am going to wait until she gets back online as it only seems fair). I will start on River mark 2 in the meantime though Wink ...who needs to revise, really? Confused

That's ok Gem, take your time! Although not too much... Wink My nickname? Baby Roo... Embarassed Mum was Kanga, so I naturally became Roo! This was before I became a Brownie too! The joy of being a Tawny Owl's daughter.... hehe

Oh I'm just loving all the repartee coming out of this. I would never have imagined that a drabble would produce something of the kind!
