The fair man looked affectionately down at the bride by his side.

"Ready?"

"As I'll ever be, Uncle Jack."

His eyes twinkled.

"If you and John are half as happy as Joey and me, you'll be just fine, my
dear."

Light brown curls rustled under her veil as she nodded, her blue eyes
earnest but her heart too full to speak.

Jack squeezed her arm, then as the organ played they walked together through the full chapel.

"Who gives this woman....?"

"I do."

Jack stepped back, and Mary Lou Trelawney, with clear voice, spoke her
binding vows.
