Leaves in Exile to go home to Nazi-occupied Germany.
Description, etc A slender girl with long, fair hair and grey green eyes. Quiet and
saintly-looking; the more angelic she looks the more mischevious she's
being. A soft, shy voice and gentle manner at odds with the outrageous
things she can say. Mischevious, afraid of thunder, very imaginative,
but plucky. Prone to sleepwalking. Her mother was at the San for
observation, Alixe was removed from the school after the Anschluss.
What happens to her She reappears many years later working for a TV producer in London,
with the mention that she had lost touch with the school due to being

(I know a lot of people went to South America from Europe, both Nazis
and Jews, and I suppose non-Nazi non-Jews could also go, but...Brazil!)
How random! It seems so incongruous...like next I will see one that
says, "Jessica Wayne decided to backpack across Asia. She currently
lives in a commune in Dharamsala" or something like that...
