The midwife’s eyes met Jack’s. “It’ll be some time yet Dr Maynard. You might want to do something else while you wait.” The look in her eyes suggested she had an idea what that something else could be and Jack was quite willing to accede. They soon found an unoccupied room, which they put to good use before returning to the delivery room. It was not long before Gisela was ready to give birth and Jack was there to cut Natalie’s cord as another of his daughters entered the world.

How is Jack going to ensure that his children don't marry each other?
